STUDIO HIRE INSTRUCTIONS
Tropical Soul Dance Studio – 205-207 Parramatta Rd, Annandale
Office Hours: Mon-Fri, 2.00 – 9.30pm
If you’ve hired a space outside of our office hours, the studio may be closed when you arrive. If so, the access instructions are provided here for you.
Contact us at your earliest convenience (0422 875 555 or [email protected]) to obtain the codes required as noted below.
Please confirm by reply email that you’ve read this information!
- When arriving at the front door, find the black lockbox on the right hand side of the door.
- Enter the code to unlock the lockbox and retrieve the key (X-X-X-X)
- Unlock the first set of sliding doors, and open them by inserting the small key that will automatically open them.
- To the right of the doors, on the inside you can set the doors to auto open by turning the key that’s already there.
- Unlock the second set of sliding doors with the larger key, and open them by pushing them sideways from the centre.
- To set the internal doors to auto open, there is a small black panel to the left of the doors inside. Press the button until it’s on the green dot.
- Please put the key back into the lockbox immediately, and enter the code again to close the lockbox. Also please close the black lockbox cover.
- Access the studio you have booked. Each studio number is identified by a sign on the door. Please make sure to start and finish on time,
Very important! When leaving the studio, make sure to switch everything off:
- Lights
- Air con
- Fans
- When leaving the studio, retrieve the key again to lock both sets of sliding doors the same way you opened them, and put the key back into the lockbox and close it.
NB: If you make your booking over the weekend, or have forgotten to request the codes during our office hours, TEXT 0406 698 851 or 0421 448 780 for the access codes.
We’ve installed CCTV cameras throughout the studio for your safety. We also appreciate that you leave the studio neat and tidy as you found it.
